Exeter Hotel extension gains consent
Southernhay House is a Grade 2 Listed boutique hotel in Exeter and we’re pleased to have been able to help them gain consent for a contemporary orangery extension to the rear of the hotel. The roof shape is influenced by the elegant sweep of the adjacent verandah with the metal glazing chosen to compliment the hotel’s existing interiors.
