Town Centre redevelopment
Proposals have been submitted for a major new development in the historic centre of Wokingham. If approved the new scheme will comprise of 77 apartments in a variety of sizes across 3 buildings directly behind the High Street. They are arranged in narrow strips to relate to the old burgage plots that used to extend from the back of the frontage buildings with green fingers of gardens creating a high quality environment for both residents and public using the pathways through the town.
